No-Show, Cancellation & Booking Policy

 At Pure Bliss, we are a small, independently owned business. While we operate in a spa setting, our team is made up of skilled professionals, each with their own unique style of service—no two therapists are alike. We take pride in offering personalized experiences rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.


We do not have a shower or locker room area. Clients receiving spa packages will be seated in a smaller private area between services to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience.


Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • A credit card on file is required to schedule your appointment. We do not charge a deposit unless you are booking for a party of three or more.
  • Parties of 3 or more must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to the service total.
    • If the party cancels more than 48 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
    • If the party cancels less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.
  • Clients who No-Show will be required to pre-pay before rescheduling any future appointments.
  • Our therapists reserve the right to block clients from their schedule if there is a history of No-Shows or frequent cancellations.
  • Cancellations and same-day reschedule requests (calls made the day of the appointment) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price.
  • Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.


Arrival Policy:

We ask that clients arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their appointment time.

  • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without contacting the office may have their appointment canceled to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients.


Parking Information:

We understand that our lot gets full often. Additional parking is available in the plaza parking lot just east of us.

  • Please do not park in a handicap spot unless you have a valid tag.
  • Please do not park under the archway.
  • Please do not double park.


Communication & Convenience:

We understand that things happen, and that’s why we make it easy to communicate with us. You may:

  • Speak to us in person at our office during regular business hours


Retail & Walk-In Services:

  • We are open 7 days a week.
  • Clients are welcome to visit anytime to shop our retail & boutique.
  • Oxygen Bar and Salt Therapy treatments are also available without an appointment—just walk in!


Additional Notes:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Pure Bliss is located in South Titusville.
